Reabilitação e ampliação de habitação unifamiliar em Nossa Senhora da Guadalupe, Évora.
O edifício existente sofreu grandes alterações recentemente, deixando de se ser perceptível / inexistente os vestígios da construção original. A organização espacial é o resultado de sucessivos acrescentos ao edifício.
A proposta baseia-se numa reorganização do espaço e na melhoria das condições térmicas do edifício. A ampliação proposta permite uma nova entrada marcada pela chaminé (referência tipológica tradicional desta zona geográfica) e a unificação dos zonas públicas da habitação: cozinha e salão, aproveitando o espaço existente de garagem com o seu duplo pé direito.

Rehabilitation and expansion of single-family house in Nossa Senhora da Guadalupe, Évora.
The existing building has undergone major changes recently, leaving the traces of the original construction no longer noticeable / non-existent. The spatial organization is the result of successive additions to the building.
The proposal is based on a reorganization of the space and the improvement of the building’s thermal conditions. The proposed expansion allows a new entrance marked by the chimney (traditional typological reference of this geographical area) and the unification of the public areas of the house: kitchen and lounge space, taking advantage of the existing garage space with its double height.
