Remodelação do interior de uma habitação unifamiliar no centro histórico de São Vicente, Elvas.
O desafio da redução máxima de custos aliado ao valor histórico da tipologia habitacional e construção revela-se numa intervenção minimalista. A proposta limita-se a uma remodelação da zona pública da casa com um novo módulo da kitchenette sobre o grande e marcante volume da chaminé existente.

Refurbishment of the interior of a single family house in the historic center of São Vicente, Elvas.
The challenge of maximum cost reduction combined with the historic value of typology and construction housing is revealed in a minimalist intervention. The proposal is limited to a remodeling of the public area of the house with a new kitchenette module over the large and striking volume of the existing chimney.
